Transformational Math

Today, we learned about real world applications to transformational Math. Some students thought the only reason we learn about transformations is so that we can complete worksheets. Have a look at this video.

I have the best vocation! I love teaching and have been doing so since 1992, after receiving my Bachelor of Education from the University of Manitoba. I have taught almost every elementary level grade, with a recent focus in junior grades and special education. Currently, I am teaching Grade 6 Language and Math in the morning. My afternoons are spent as one of the Resource teachers for our school.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, working out, travelling and scuba diving. My husband and I have a son and a daughter, both in university.
